Hello,
I am having some trouble with a T1 between a Cisco 1721 router with a WIC-1T and a remote T1 router.
The provider is saying that everything is fine, but the show controller outpout looks strange, and I was looking to get some feedback on the "tranmit ring" section and what it indicates.
Interface Serial1

Jason,
Can you perhaps be more specific about the problems you are currently having with that interface?
Best regards,
Peter

Sure,
The problem was that we could not get the interface to come up.
We actually ended up re-seating the WIC, which fixed the issue, oddly enough, since it seemed to be in just fine.
I was really just wondering what information can be identified from the transmit and receive ring data.
Thanks for the reply.
