Site to site tunnels

I am setting up multiple ASA's at various locations to utilize a site to site vpn connection to a 3900 series router (C3900-UNIVERSALK9-M).  Some connections work and some dont.  I was wondering how to tell if i have exceeded the number of site to site links on the router.

You have not given us much detail about your environment to work with. But I do not believe that there is a limit on the number of site to site VPN that can be configured on 3900 router.
