You may Hide(NAT) your internal network that should be sent over VPN.

Thanks for the update...I have prepared the configuration as per your advice.Requset you to review the attached config and share your inputs.
I have one more requirement For DNS NAT translation.
For Example Site A wanted to access the server in Site B via hostname.Server address has been mapped to 10.10.1.5 in DNS server. In Site A DNS server sends the requset to DNS server in Site B for asking the ip address of the server.Once the DNS server in site B reply to DNS server in Site A with ip address 10.10.1.5.In that case we have same network already running in site A there should be conflict. We need to do the DNS NAT for the DNS reply from the server.
I have added the DNS nat configuration. Please review the config and provide your inputs weather its correct or not

That's a bit complex, as you would either need to use NAT, as also mentioned by Anukalp, or you would need to create a L2 tunnel.
For additional help, you'll need to provide more detail information beyond there's a Cisco routers at each site. Capabilities of Cisco routers vary a bit on series, IOS versions, and feature sets (also now sometimes licenses too).
