Slow Internet Connection on Cisco Router ISR1941

We have a client that experiencing slow internet connection on one of their branch Cisco Router. They just implemented Cloud Proxy to all branches but only one experiences slow internet connection. Does the Cloud Proxy affects the Cisco Router, What changes should we apply to fix the issue?

CloudProxy as in ZScaler's cloud proxy ? That usually involves tunnels. What is the MTU and tcp adjust-mss setting on the tunnel ?

The values below are recommended:

interface Tunnel 1

mtu 1476

ip tcp adjust-mss 1436

Actually, post the full running configuration of your 1941, as well as the output of:

sh interfaces x

where x is the tunnel interface and the physical outgoing interface.

At this it is hard to say, we can only assume and give generic commands, but personally i would like to see the exiting configuraiton. and is this for all internet sites ? (is this for one of branch router ) - how about the rest, they do use same cloud proxy ?
