I need assistance with our Cisco 1921 router, the performance is extremely slow. We have to reboot the router ever now and then, and for some reason after the reboot the performance get better.

An aDSL with only 56 Kbps?  Is that correct?

Is this link use for Internet?  Do you have a default route?  If so, is next hop for the default an IP or is it the interface?
