SNMP trap to monitor bw Usage on Ethernet Sub interfaces

Is there a way to set up an SNMP trap to monitor B/W usage on sub interfaces? Possibly by IP address?

I dont expect to see this option available for a sub-interface considering the fact that input/output rates are never accounted on a sub-interface. BW util info is available only for the main interface
