Software Crash and reboot

HI all,

   7200 VXR router got rebooted after due software crash dump.I have replaced NPE-G1 but still router is rebooting. Currently I am running with 12.4 (15)T 13 IOS.Crash Dump file is attached.

though it should not lead to a reboot.

And one of the latest functions in the traceback is related to SNMP, also we have this in the log:

sep 26 07:52:52: %SYS-3-CPUHOG: Task is running for (2004)msecs, more than (2000)msecs (88/44),process = SNMP ENGINE.

do you poll this device currently?

also, how does the complete log look like, if you are saying the box is currently keep reloading, I'd expect to see something starting from ROM and end up with a reload. You could attach it to the thread.

generic questions:

1. How long have you been running this version of IOS ?

2. When was the last configuration change on this device ?

This IOS is running for more than 6 months and last config change was happened during the NPE-G1 replacement.
