SPA-5X1GE-V2<DISABLED> -- out of service in ASR-1002

Team,

We have installed New SPA-5X1GE-V2 card in ASR-1002 but it showing out of service, we tried different slots but same result.

Please help to get it resolve.

Hello

If you have already tried different slots, then the SPA is bad. You will have to replace the SPA.

Out of Service generally indicates a bad card. If the card doesnt comes up after soft or hard reset, then its a bad card and needs replacement.

Out of Service generally indicates a bad card. If the card doesnt comes up after soft or hard reset, then its a bad card and needs replacement.
