Static Route to OSPF

I'm using cisco packet tracer didn't setup everything just trying to learn more from my CCNA.  I'm needing to know what else to do?  I'm going to post the packet tracer.

From PC4 I can ping router0 and all the rest of the svi but I can not ping router 3 or router 1 I know it's a route issue but can't figure out what command to use.   From router3 I can ping pc4 etc so I got that right.

Hi,

PC4 can ping R3 but can't ping R1 because R1 has got no route for PC4 subnet,its routing table only contains connected routes.

This is odd I redownloaded this packet tracer and loaded it again.  It all worked I was able to ping everything.  Ok would I have had to do a reload after all those changes?  If not then I'm really confused.
