I have a problem with my topology, i think the problem is in static routing, can someone explain me what is incorrect?

There is nothing wrong with your routing config. The problem is the wireless router. Wireless router does not allow you to add routing. It is meant to sent traffic out only and you can not ping a host behind the wireless router. This is PacketTracer limitation.
What you can do is configure port forward and access the server on a specific port. If you use the config page below on the router, you can create entry rules in order to access servers connected to the wireless router.
In order to ping, you need to confiugure it the way I did.
