Stuck IP address in IPSEC

I am seeing an IP address that is no longer configured on the router in the IPSEC debug output while troubleshooting a GRE tunnel.

 local_proxy= 192.168.27.96/255.255.255.248/47/0,

that subnet was briefly configured on lo1 but was corrected.  I have reloaded the router but it continues to show up.

Either the remote end has something configured relating to it, or you have something in your config related to it.

Perhaps try the below and see what pops up.

show running-config | inc 192.168.27.96

Since it identifies it as the local proxy my guess is that there is something in the crypto map/crypto access list that still references that subnet. Could be on your side but might be on the remote side.
