can i configure network id or broadcast id on cisco router interface e.g 192.168.0.63/26 can i configure this address on router's interface

No, don't.
Although there are some techniques to use the broadcast address it is not a good practise at all and it is justified only in very peculiar designs and requirements. Losing the broadcast capability on your ipv4 subnet is not a good idea.
