subslot 1/0 SM-X-4X1G-1X10G operational mode stuck in booting stage

I have router ISR 4451 and tried to install NIM card but stuck in booting stage. Any suggestion will be highly appreciate !

did you recently upgrade the IOS-XE?

can you boot to the other IOS-XE if there's a secondary code stored in flash?

Unfortunately, NIM card is not working in same router. Luckly, we tried in another router and same NIM card starts to work.

We had to replace the SM-X-4X1G-1X10G module as it was simply broken.
No issue with Cisco, received immediate replacement without sending the broken one back first.
