Switch time non-sync

Hi,

I am currently working on an Industrial Switch. I have updated the clock using the

clock set

command.

The

show run

gives

why is the last configuration time not in line with that of the switch?
Any suggestions to correct this?

from 1970 to 2023 take long time I think hours
so you need to adjust the time/date in SW to at least few hours late that the NTP server 
this make SW take short time to sync with NTP server

@RMS3  we have to set log timestamp with local. below command for that.

service timestamps log datetime msec localtime
