Above errors I was getting from syslog ( cacti application )alert, I know error interfaces are belongs to user access port and if they power on and power off the desktop ( or ) laptop, we will get like this type of alert.

I need permanent solution on this. Can we use any commands on the switches for stop this alert? Anyone suggest for my request.....Thanks in Advance.....

Try putting "no logging event link-status" on your interfaces.
