I need one clarification, Can i do this on live router? Is this not impacted production ?If yes, Kindly provide me the steps. Because I was not doing like this re-imaging as before. Thank you for your great assistance!!!!!!!!

Thanks for your update. As per your suggestion I have tried but not possible. 1. I do not have enough free space on the router, so that could I able to downgrade the IOS version.Example , I have c1841-ipbase-mz.150-1.M4.bin, I need c1841-ipbasek9-mz....
