system forced crash error

Iam getting this error in cisco 6509(supervisor engine 2).

In the cisco 6509 switch the standby supervisor engine - 2GE is showing"unknown" when show module command is given.so we removed that standby supervisor and installed in another chasis and trying to rectify it,but we are getting this error and then it goes to rommon mode.Some times it gets into enable mode and after a period of time it again boots auomatically and i get the same software forced crash error message.

can anybody help me out of this error.Your earlier response will be highly appriciated.

A Crashinfo file should be written. When the switch is up issue a "dir sup-bootflash:" and a "dir bootflash:" and check for any crashinfo files and retrieve them using the more command or tftp. The crashinfo files and a sh tech will be needed to tell you why it is crashing.
