Hello Papy,
Error interrupts are almost always caused by hardware failure (there are some exceptions though). These are usually seen on the 7200 and any other system that is built with a GT64xxx system controller as well as the MSFC2 which uses the Mistral system controller. Basically the system controller is detecting the error. It's not uncommon to see parity errors on these types of reloads when a single bit flip in the data.
I would recommend to have a look at the crashinfo file and the logs to see if any other errors appear.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Rose

Hi Rozsa,
Thanks for the answer,,,
I've got this error code when I move a module from slot 5 to slot 6 due to bandwidth point exceed
I already shutdown the module but it still automatically reload the node
when the router comes up, I saw that error code AND almost 150 IP on subinterface are disappear
Should I upgrading the IOS ?

Gozal

Hello Gozal,
For me this looks more like a hardware failure. What happens if you move the module back to slot5? Everything is fine?
If you try any other module in slot6? We should try to figure out of the crash is following the module or if it is related to the slot.

Rose
