we have a about 12 T3 or so.. most of them are taking errors. the carrier indiacate that there is no trouble on the circuits we upgraded the IOS as well as changing modules on routers.

some of them go up/down with alarm
some of them cumulate errors
troubleshooing
when the interface are in passive and stress test the link they are no errors
as soon as we put the link to procducion it will start taking errors
some of the links bounces right after they are put in to production and some 3 to 4 days after production
