telephony-service on a 4321 or 4221

I am trying to do a VoIP lab with my Cisco Academy.  I purchased 12 4221 routers and 12 4321 routers.  I was told by our sales rep that one of these routers could do Voice.  However neither router has the telephony-service command.  Can someone point me in the right direction as to which IOS I need to download and install to do these labs?

it is an "integrated services router" you need to install a software service (in addition to the IOS)  to run call manager express

So, Cisco said I wasn't permitted to have software that works with my over priced routers.  So here is the solution for the 4321.

Make sure you have isr4300-universalk9.17.06.01.SPA.bin or higher.

4321(config)#license boot suite AdvUCSuiteK9

4321#wr
