Hello,
I have a Cisco 2700 Access Point (AP) with no files left in its flash memory. I want to transfer a .tar file to my AP via a TFTP server. I set up a TFTP server with the IP address 192.168.1.1. The TFTP server works fine, as I tested it with another machine on the same network. However, when I try to use it with the Cisco AP, I always get a connection timeout. Below are the configurations I applied to the AP. Could you explain to me why this is not working?

When you attempted to transfer the file were there any log messages/status messages generated on the tftp server?

What is this TFTP server, is it a Windows machine?
Is Windows FW up?

Does the SolarWinds' log show TFTP requests come in?

That means the AP cannot reach the TFTP server.
Put both of them in the same subnet.

Already done. Windows ethernet config => ipv4 => 192.16.1.1 for my pc with a 255.255.255.0 for mask

Can the pc running the tftp server ping the address of the AP?
