The response time of website (web server) is bad

Good day, guys. So, Ive been trying to configure a network where it goes to web server using the frame relay configuration ive setup. I can connect to the website but the response time in website is really bad. The pictures stored in the web server is not loading and if i click any of the link within the index.html, it seems its loading for a longer time. Can anyone notice what is the problem. I will attach the packet tracer file here and the picture of how it looks. The ip address of the web server i am talking about is: 2001:DB8:CAD:1::2

I have opened your file and accessed 'cnproject.com' from the Administrator3 PC. Response times are quite fast. From where are you experiencing slowness ? What are the specs of the PC or laptop you are working on ?

Actually, I am talking about Cisco server with the IP address 2001:DB8:CAD:1::2. Can you try accessing it from that PC. Looking forward for your reply.

yes, that is the server where the 'cnproject.com' website is hosted on (see screenshot). I do not get any delays...

Actually you are trying to connect to a wrong web server. I dont have any dns name for this ip address 2001:DB8:CAD:1::2. So, you have to actually type it out in browser. For better clarity, my problem is connecting to the server in blue circle not the red circle. If you type www.cnproject.com it is actually going to the server in red circle. Can you try to connect to server in blue circle by using ip address as i dont have domain name for that server.

I got it. Actually, I don't get a response from the server at all. The entire topology is slow. But ICMP (ping) works fine. I'll see if I can find anything. The frame relay part look ok by the way...

I think I know why u didn't get response. Actually I am not sure why but its taking about 2 minutes for the ospf process between external router and internal router to complete. You can look into this while debugging. Anyways, thanks for your help. Let me know when you identified any problem
