first thing you must look on it is export/import route-target I think that the RT is import from one BGP and not from other

I do not believe this is the issue. All routes but the default route from our Primary DC are seen. Its just this one single default route.

all prefix appear under VRF AT&T with next-hop 10.252.200.5so the VRF is import from only one point, double check RT import-export
