Tool to use for verifying ISP circuit provisioning

Hi Netpro's,

Just taking recomendations on a preferred tool to use for testing WAN circuit throughout/provisioning. For example say you're ISP sold you a 10MB ethernet circuit and you want to verify you're getting the bandwidth. I have in the past used iPerf but was curious if there were any other (hopefully FREE) tools available. If using iPerf on what platform do you recommed for testing?

I use iperf quite regularly, and run it on Windows systems mainly. You can also use jperf which is essentially iperf but with a GUI.
