Thanks a lot for the answer.
Now i do a SH VERSION on 7200 but i don't understand the total of FLASH
cisco 7206VXR (NPE-G1) processor (revision A) with 491520K/32768K bytes of memory -- 254MB RAM right???
125184K bytes of ATA PCMCIA card at slot 2 (Sector size 512 bytes).
16384K bytes of Flash internal SIMM (Sector size 256K).
Configuration register is 0x2102

Actually this router has 512 MB of RAM. This platform shows memory divided between active memory and I/O packet memory. To see the memory total add 491520K of active memory and 32768K of I/O packet memory to get the total.
You have two different Flash memories on this router. you have 16384K bytes of Flash internal SIMM which is internal flash. And you have 125184K bytes of ATA PCMCIA card which is a flash card in the router. Both of these act as Flash memory for the router.
