can anyone interpret to me the traceroute results and what are the possible causes the * in line 10 - 13? thanks!

these are normal. it just means the device or host discarded the first packet for some reason.

Hi,

10 26 ms 26 ms 28 ms 10.63.254.138 --> first packet reached in 26 milly seconds, second packet reaced in 2 milly seconds and third packet reaced in 28 milly seconds

11 * 29 ms 27 ms 10.67.38.131 -->first packet has discarded because of some reasons, second packet reaced in 29 milly seconds and third packet reaced in 27 milly seconds
