Track Command Completely Missing

Hi Guys,

I have to create a fail-over on this older branch router. The router is still new enough to have the 'track' command but it does not have it. Anybody know why it would be missing? See below;

I am not sure if that (850) router supports tracking at all. Try dialer watch or backup interface, as described in the document below (section 13-1 Configuring Dial Backup and Remote
