Traffic not passing

I have an ISP link using layer 3 interfaces to connect to each site & are using EIGRP for routing. Inside the core network where my internal server resides, I am connected to my between my router & switch using the layer 3 routed module to the VLAN on the switch. When attempting to use the link to send traffic from one site to another, my findings reveal that traffic stops at the router even though I created a route-map to pass all traffic out of the specified interface. Upon review of my access-list & route-map, I found that I am able to view packet matches in both realms, but still not getting my traffic to pass as expected.

Hello,

post a schematic drawing of your topology including all devices, so we can see what is connected to what. The partial configuration does not show any EIGRP configuration, and an incomplete NAT configuration.

Hello

Just to confirm 10.32.0.0/16 and 10.34.0.0/16 are reachable via 10.32.251.0/24 gig0/1 ?
Also remove the logging from the ace entrys in the PBR access-list...test again and post output in a file of policy route debug
debug ip policy
