Trouble Bringing Up eBGP Adjacency (Neighborship) N9K and Cat9K (9500)

Hello,

I'm having a hard time trying to bring up a simple eBGP adjacency between a Nexus 93180YC-EX and a Catalyst 9500. They can't agree on a BGP parameter, to bring up the session. Has anyone experienced this? Forgive me, I can't remember the parameter but it's to do with the refresh rate? please forgive my poor recollection.

Cat 9k is ios xe and it same as IOS no big different 

But 

NX-OS is different

Address family  did you activate neighbor
