On 7609, we continue to receive log messages "host xxxx.xxxx.xxxx in Vlan 19 is flapping between port and port" Messages have two different mac addresses. What is the best way to troubleshooting this issue?

Track down the machines. Identify what those MAC address are by finding out what machines they are. Mostly, these are caused by etherchannels not properly configured.
