Anybody have any resources available with trunking between a c3750-E switch and a Dell PowerConnect 6024 switch.
any useful links and or documenation would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Alphonso,
from the cat3550 you cannot rely on the Cisco proprietary negotiation protocols
so the config will be:
int gi0/5
switchport
switchport trunk encapsulation dot1q
switchport mode trunk
[switchport nonegotiate]
from the DELL side

VLAN support for tagging and port-based as per IEEE 802.1Q
Double VLAN tagging (QinQ)
Up to 1024 VLANs supported
Dynamic VLAN with GVRP support
Voice VLAN support
You need also to define the VLANs of interest because it cannot use VTP.
