Tunnel is up, line protocol is down

Hi,

I have two cisco routers with tunnels between them.

The keep alive is 3 2 on both of them.

what should i do in order to have line protocol up

Correctly set tunnel source and destination and verify connectivity between said endpoints via:

ping source .
