two group of prefix-set have the same effect in ASR9K?

Hi there are two group of prefix-set as below. Do you think the two group have the same effect in ASR9K?

2222:1111::/32 le 64  this prefix is included into 2222:1111:::/32 le 128

So you prefix just could be: 

prefix-set ABC_V6
2222:1111:::/32 le 128

it will check the first 32 bits of the prefix 2222:1111::  and the le 128 means the subnet mask is equal or less than 128.
