Hello
when you say two way nat can you be more precise-do you mean twice nat which is nattiing both source and destination addressing?

Two way nat is also called as twice nat.

Hello
So just to confirm, you wish understand when you would implement and NAT both source/destination addressing correct?

Yes, you understood my doubt correctly. I was asking if there are situations where two way NAT is being used. By checking link in your previous reply, what I understood so far is that it's being used for accessing a public server by multiple local hosts. A static PAT can do that as well though only for a single local host. Correct me if I'm wrong.

You might need to clarify where you've seen the term "two way NAT" used, as, it appears, some devices use slightly different terminology for doing NAT in two directions and/or when/where both source and destination addressed are NATted. (See also double NAT and twice NAT.)
One reference I found using the term "two way NAT" also refers to it as Bi-Directional NAT. Perhaps you can check if what that reference describes is what you have in mind, and possibly, that reference's explanation clarifies why you would use it. There's also a rather old topic thread using this term too.
