Hi all, I am having issues pinging components outside of the routers that are directly connected to the Multiuser Connection node. I've already set up a DNS service in the HQ network and have assigned a DNS IP address to the DHCP server pools as well as all other relevant devices. I'm only able to ping from routers directly connected to the Multiuser Connections to routers that are directly connected to the Multiuser Connection. Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong?
I've included a screenshot of my networks as well as the .pka files
Thanks!

Hi,
I would like to thank you for all the help you've given me. Im just writing to tell you that you do not have to create the network from scratch as me and my group members have consulted our lecturer and have managed to fix it.
Thanks so much again! :)

Hello,
on both the China and France branch, you have to go to:
Extensions --> Multiuser --> Port Visibility
and check 'Serial0/0/1'
Then, click on the clouds, disconnect the sessions, under 'Peer Address' and 'Peer Port Number', select 'localhost' and '38000', then connect both sessions again.

Hi sir, after doing that, I'm getting 'request timed out' when trying to ping from France to US and 'destination host unreachable' from China to France and China to USA

Hi,
I've tried the files you sent and am still having the same issue of 'Request timeout' and 'destination host unreachable'.

Which destination IP address are you trying to ping, from which source IP address ?
08-08-2020 04:27 AM
Hi,
I'm pinging from end users to end users.
The 'destination host unreachable' error only happens when I try to ping from the China end user to both end users in the US and France network. Whereas the 'Request timeout' error occurs when pinging from end user in US and France network. I believe the same thing happens when pinging the servers too.

Are the multiuser clouds connected to the respective routers ? Are the connections between the routers and the clouds green ?
08-08-2020 05:04 AM
Hi,
The routers connecting to the multiuser interface are green and they are up an running. I'm able to ping routers connected to the multiuser interface from routers that are also connecto the multiuser interface but not anything further than that

Hello,
I'll try and rebuild your network from scratch, I have a feeling that something basic is missing. Will get back with you...
