Unable to ping endpoint devices

Hi there,

i am not a networking guy. i am trying to get the below network up and running. i managed to setup inter vlan routing on the L3 switch from reading thru tutorials on the internet.

i can ping to all the devices within vlan 1.

i can ping to all the device within vlan 28.

endpoint devices in vlan 1 can ping all the devices in vlan 28.

all the switches in the vlan28 can ping all the devices in vlan 1.

the endpoint devices in the vlan 28 cannot ping the endpoint devices in vlan 1, but the endpoint devices in vlan28 can ping all the switches in vlan1 and vlan 28.

i have checked the windows firewall setting to make sure echo request are enabled.

can someone help me to identify the issue?

check if you configured gateway addresses of endpoints
