Upgrade HSEC-K9

I  need to upgrade SEC-K9 to HSEC-K9 license for CISCO Router 3945.

Can any one please update how can i that ?

You need to purchase the license first from a Cisco reseller.

Note that due to USA strong ecryption export restrictions, it is not available in certain countries.
