upgrading ASR 9010 IOS XR

hello this is my first time upgrading ASR9k IOS XR 

the usually method i used to do with normal IOS was with TFTP then reload the device and done " works like a charm"

now whats the deal with XR whats the easiest way and do i have to reboot whole device 

and which one should i download from here https://software.cisco.com/download/home/282414851/type/280805694/release/6.6.3

i kinda got confused with installing/activating

in the document they mentioned its from "5.3.4/6.0.x/6.1.x/6.2.x" to 6.3.3

what if i have below that like 4. is it the same procedure.
