Hi friends,
Hopefully you can help us on this issue, we are about to upgrade Cisco Load Balancer CSS 11501 firmware from current ver, 8.10.4.01 to 8.10.6.02.
this is a production line device (a running 24x7 network), upgrading will create unpredictable results even worst the network will go down. What is your suggestion?

Hi,
We have successfully upgrade the firmware without having any problem...
first we #save_profile
then we use
#ftp-record DEFAULT_FTP 192.168.1.22 ******(ftp server user name) des-password ******* (ftp server password)
.... (make sure we configure FTP server and set proper IP - use Ethernet Mgmt Port)
then
#upgrade "sg0810602.adi.gz" //this file is obtained from cisco.com
when we press enter, the system, reboot itself and taraaaaa....done
