Urgent! How to automatize command clear line tty 1

Please help to automatize command clear line tty 1

There is a dial-up link, which is frozen (not broken), every 15 min, is it possible to run command clear line tty 1 every 15 min?

or there is any command which may dnot rop the line on dial-up connection

do we need to configure something on line 1 for dial-up connection? no commands configured now

You can write EEM script which will clear tty line every 15 min for you.

Probably somebody know why dial-up line freezes while sh line shows that line is up?
