Urgent : Reset the factory defaults setting for cisco837

Hi ,

I am back for you.But,now for a serious thing (I think).With bad manipulation,I have no controlle in my cisco837.I search in site cisco ,I follow the first method indicated in the following link http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/iosswrel/ps5187/products_tech_note09186a00802017a1.shtml for reset the factory defaults setting for cisco 837 but when I try to remote this router via web page or ssh or telnet I can't.I can just control this router by console.

My question is : how to Reset the factory defaults setting for cisco837 like the option in the cisco837 default's browser?I want to have the same tools when I had bought this router

Help me please.Il's urgently

Hello,

with method 1, you have erased the configuration of the router. Do you have the SDM CD ?

Make sure you have the following files loaded in flash:

es.tar

home.tar

home.shtml

common.tar

Check this document for troubleshooting SDM (scroll down to Step 3):

I Did Not Receive the SDM CD.When I attemp to download the SDM Software from cisco,I could'nt.Where I could dowloand this software for cisco837?

I had download the SDM soft.I set the factory defaults setting by the SDM interface.When I have turn off and turn on the router they are no configuration that I have made in the configuration.The problem,I think,become from configuration register that is set at 0x142 value.I try to change this configuartion register value from 0x142 to 0x2100 but the same problem will come no save for my configuration value 0x2100 although when I made "sh ver" the "configuartion regiter is 0x142 (Will be 0x2100 at next reload".After I reload they are just this prompt "rommon 1>".

What Can I do for this router to save my configuration and be in configuration register 0x2100 if this is the problem.

I have set configuration register to 0x2102 &nd after that I reset the router.I have then install the SDM on my router and reset the factory defaults setting.
