Using BGP Routing

Hi,

i  have  two  routers  2921 and 2821   .Also   2  WAN Links  from  two Different  ISP's.

presently  i am using  Static  Routing  with PBR  for  traffice  shaping.

Now  i want  to  use  BGP  Routing  in my  network.  i dont  have  more  idea.  please  guide me  the requirement  for using BGP.

Does  ASN need to  buy  or   the ISP will provide ?

If u want to use the full benefits of bgp i suggest to ho for ASN
