Using "?" character in expressions

We are trying to configure Dynamic DSN in a Cisco 827 and when we try to write this sentence router takes "?" character as HELP and we cann't complete the command. ANY SOLUTION?:

add <A HREF="javascript:newWin('http://test:test@members.dyndns.org/nic/update?system=dyndns&hostname')">http://test:test@members.dyndns.org/nic/update?system=dyndns&hostname</A>=<h>&myip=<a>

I think you have to press Ctrl+V first, you can then enter the ?...
