Hi all
I have a question! Can I connect back to back two modules VDSL HWIC without DSLAM? Thanks.

Hello Izavertaev,
as for ADSL VDSL cannot be connected back to back for the asymmetric nature of service
back to back connections are supported only on SDSL (they are symmetric and one side can act as CO side)
Hope to help

thx a lot
can you tell me what happen if I use this module in symmetric transmission?

Hi Giuseppe,
is it possible to bundle two G.SHDSL-Interfaces,
so that the summary bandwith is 2x 2.3MBit/s = 4.6MBit/s ?
which router (1921?) and witch module (H-WIC?) do i need ?
regards,
Ralf

I should think that you can use Multilink PPP (MPPP) to bundle multiple SDSL links together. Never tried it on SDSL but it works well on serial lines and ISDN.
As I recall each packet gets split across all the parallel links so you get good latency and can use the full bandwidth even if you only have two machines chatting. If the two links were not running at the same speed there may be problems.
