Video conference ACL

I have an inbound access list on the WAN interface of a 2821 router.

There is a video conference system in the internal network that has an IP address can calls are made based on IP addresses.

I need to allow some IP addresses to connect to video conference system IP address inside the network. Practically, they (the external addresses) use their video conference systems to call and connect to out video system by using its IP address.

Assuming as example that the internal video system address is 10.1.1.20 and an external one from a similar system is 11.1.1.1, what exactly must I allow in the access list ?

Additional information: the external IPs seem to be routed through an EIGRP tunnel.

When I show their routes they go through the tunnel instead of the WAN interface.

What influence does this have on the configuration ?
