can i use ADSL? how many distance it provide?

If price and distance are the primary concerns then you should use Internet tails and Cisco DMVPN technology (part of iWAN) to build a WAN emulation that runs over the Internet.

VDSL is higher speed.  SHDSL is symmetric but usually slower.

You need to check with a service provider first what services are available at the IP address.

There really isn't enough information to make product recommendations. A Cisco 897VA can do ADSL, VDSL and has an SFP+Copper WAN port. The Cisco 1921 is modular, so you can put what you want into it.
