hi,
we always encounter wan delyas and i need to know what are the top ip addresses that utilize the bandwidth of the wan. is there any method or any tool you recommend for that?? . The wan routers are 2600 and 1700.

Hi Mohamed,
you might be interested to learn about Cisco NetFlow feature, it has 'top talkers' functionality.

this is a configuration example for NetFlow I found on CCO - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/12_1/switch/configuration/guide/xcdnfc.html
but I belive there should be more practical articles on the Web, so you won't be lost.
Generally, NetFlow is a IOS/IOX feature, so you don't need to buy it, just configure the router. However, if you would like to collect the statistics on a central location, you most likely will need a piece of software called 'NetFlow Collector', which is not necessarily free.
