WAN Failover in cisco router 1841

hi,

i am very new for WAN failover configuration so any one can u please tell me how to configure cisco router 1841 with two WAN link

please give me step by step

Hi Mahesh,

When you are not using HSRP and two routers, you need to use "floating static routes". Here is a funny article that helps you understand them nice and easily:

And you can configure the default route like below...

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 71.23.43.123 1

or

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 71.23.43.123 1 track
