wan router capacity 2821 3825

Hi,

I'd like to know a router like a cisco 2821 can handle a E3 card processing almost 5mega/s voice packets, together with data traffic?

Or it would be better to use a 3825 (cost is a factor).

its also running BGP (medium size table), ospf (small database) and QOS marking/classfication/police/etc.
