Want to apply access-list to limit access to ATM m/cs.

I want to give the limited access to ATM m/cs from other desktops, servers other than ATM switch server. One can not access i.e telnet, ftp etc., can only ping the ATM m/cs from other AMT m/cs, desktop m/cs and servers.

What access list should I apply and how.
